Since 2024, our community has grown to over 725 ocean communicators from more than 50 countries, all united by a shared commitment to driving better action for our ocean and planet. We’ve convened communicators at major UN conferences, co-created 45 Better Practice Principles, delivered skills-sharing webinars, and worked together to elevate strategic communication onto high-level agendas. These achievements reflect the power of our collective expertise and the growing recognition that strategic communication is essential infrastructure for ocean action, not an afterthought.
